The latch that slips into the other window opening the plastic thing that moves around to lock is broken.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm afraid the tilt latches are no longer available but we may be able to help with the lock. Take a look at the 90-133L and 90-133R. Review the specifications and see if they match what you're looking for.
