I'd be happy to help you find a latch that will replace this, but before I recommend anything I'll need you to tell me the precise distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center. Can you get that measurement for me?
Thank you for your response I measured the distance between the two holes it was 2 3/8 of an inch hope to hear from you soon.
Also if you be kind enough to check on my return of the wrong latches that I sent back.
Thanks for verifying the size. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that we sell a tilt latch with that hole spacing. You might want to triple check it, just in case; make sure to measure only from the center of each hole, not their edges.
If you are confident that 2-3/8" is accurate, then there is no tilt latch in our inventory that would line up. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
As for your return, I'm not sure if we have received it or not as that is outside of my department, but you should receive a confirmation email once your refund goes through.
