Window latch

Question

We have a house full of windows with these latches - in white aluminum . There are 4 that over the years have broken. We have the latch part but we only have one of the little 'grommets' or 'shoulder washers' and none of the screws to reattach the latch. Really hoping you have what we need as I really want my windows fixed!
