Hello! I believe we can supply a latch that will replace this but before I recommend anything can you first tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? I can then check our inventory for a match.

the space between the 2 holes measures 1 3/4 in

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement sash lock like yours with 1-3/4" hole spacing. The 90-278 is similar but it has 2-1/16" mounting holes as shown below. I'd recommend double-checking your measurement just to be safe. Thank you.
