Thanks for your post! Since the handle is missing, I'm not certain we have an exact replacement for the window latch you need. That being said, I do believe there is a chance we have a few window locks that could work.

Start with taking a look at the 38-054 and 38-055 Window Locks as well as the 38-064 and 38-065 Cam Handle Locks. Compare the dimensions to see if either of these could work.
