First, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the mounting screws to narrow down your options. It would also help to see a photo of the sweep on the back of the lock that engages with the keeper. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement with the same hole spacing. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
