Window latch.

Thanks for your post! I'm fairly certain we can supply a replacement for this thumb lever but you'll need remove it from the top of the sash. I'll need to see a photo of the prongs that snap into the latch to confirm the correct match.

If you are in need of a replacement for the entire latch, I'll need to see it removed from the inside of the sash to identify it. Take a look at the tutorial below for instructions on how to remove them.
