Window latch

Question

Last fall I ordered a new latch for my caradco window. I received the latch and it is not the correct one . I would like to exchange it for the correct, if you have one.

The part number wa s 38-098 bronze
Any chance you have the correct

Thanks for posting! The 39-098 should be the correct replacement for your lock, based on your picture. Did you also make sure to replace the keeper? The 38-098 can't work with the old keeper. That may be the problem you're having. If so, see our 38-079.
