Window latch broken

Broken window latch. Home was built in 2005 by Pulte. Sun City Hilton Head. No exact records, but they think they might have been Ply Gem windows.

Not sure, but take a look at our 90-005 sash lock. It has 2-1/4" mounting hole locations. Compare the measurements carefully to see if it matches up to yours and get back to us if you have any questions at all.
