Window latch broken

A quick learner from Seattle, Wa says:
Pull the handle down to seal the window, something inside snapped causing it to no longer work! I don't see any marking and we are hoping to find quick parts to repair!

We don't have this exact lock, but our 38-096 and 38-095 are very similar. Look these over and let me know what you think! Make sure to carefully review the dimensions for each part.
