Window latch for Series 700 C45-96X60

Series 700 C45-96X60 the locking handle on the inside has broken off, won't let me open the window to remove the screws to replace the locking handle. Can you help with this.

How do I get the window to open, to get to the inside to replace the handle. It is in the locked position now.

That is a problem. Try placing the broken lever handle back into the lock and unlocking the window that way. Or maybe you can put a screwdriver in the hole and turning it.
