Window latch for locking mechanism

Thanks for your post! The part you have pictured here is the tie bar guide. It helps to guide the the tie bar (the flat bar) when locking/unlocking the window.

It appears to be a match for the 39-448 Tie Bar. To confirm that this is the correct replacement. Carefully look over the specifications below.
