Window latch for recessed keepe

Hi There,

I am trying to find replacements for this window latch. I do not now know the brand. The latch, as shown is for a horizontal sliding vinyl window which slides right to closed. The latch is mounted on the left outer edge of the window frame. The locking lever swivels up and down. Up is unlocked, down is locked. I am looking for right l and left hand configurations - for windows which slide in either direction.

From your photos and dimensions, we believe you can use our 90-278. Please note the lock manufacturers don't make 2-1/8" wide screw holes, the closest we have is 2-1/16" with a 11/16" set back. If you need a keeper we think 90-282 will work for you. Please review these parts and tell me what you think.
