Window latch hardware

Question

Hi, I am looking for the same type of hardware that was original to this window. Pictures of the hardware and measurements have been included. If this item can't be identified, what would be a somewhat simple alternative. Thanks in advance

How about our 90-012 latch? Check that out and see if you can use that as a replacement.
