Window latch keeper

Hello,

I am looking to replace several of these at the hotel where I work. The building is almost 40 years old and I believe the window frames and hardware is original. The only information I can find is a number 40221 on the backside corner of the handle. These are handed left and right. I can include pictures of the window if needed. Any information is appreciated.

Thanks for contacting us, Stephan. We may be able to replace this, but i need a little bit more information. Besides the #40221 mold number, we are going to need the screw hole distance and the distance between the base to under the locking tongue. Let me know and we will do our best to find a good match.

Thank you for your quick response. I can tell you it is exactly like the one in the attached photo as far as the measurements. I need it in the dark bronze I am also including pictures of how it sits in the window.This window opens out at an angle like an awning. Remember the handles are lefts and rights. Please let me know if you need further information.
