Yes sir, I believe they are what I need. Do you think I should purchase just these or try several different ones.

I don't see any reason why you should purchase several different kinds. I feel confident that the recommended latches are what you want. To confirm, you just need to review their dimensions and determine if they line up with your own measurements.
