Window latch lock

The locking latch mechanism broke on windows I do not know the manufacturer of and I need a replacement

Thanks for posting. This reminds me of a multi-point lock like our 38-139, 38-138, 38-095 or 38-096. The difference between these locks lies chiefly with the projection of the fork on its underside, which is measured from the inner lip of the lock body to end of the fork. See the diagrams below for reference. Compare these parts with your old lock to see which matches best. See the videos on this page for details on how to remove and replace these types of locks.
