Window latch lock mechanism

Hello, I am looking to replace a part in the window lock latch window in my horizontal SIMONTON brand vinyl window. the window will no longer latch such the mechanism picture seems to be stripped and need to be replaced. The part says 30219 and the actual metal lock mechanism says 50273. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 90-274. Look over the dimensions of the sash lock to see if it can replace your old hardware. For a new recessed keeper, look at our 90-307. Let me know what you think.
