Window latch, my right side of window, slides in

I would like to obtain a replacement latch, the height is 7/8 inches, the other dimensions are one one of the photos. On the bottom is a large K, 75, and a Pat.# 5.139.291.

Take a look and compare the 26-243 and 26-244 to an undamaged tilt latch. Thank you!
