Hello,

Unfortunately, this IWC Sash Lock is no longer available. The original manufacturer recommends using the 90-313 as a substitute. However, it will be necessary to remount the holes at the top. You will need to use a screw like our 33-011. You don't want to use too long of a screw and be careful not to drill too deep, as you could damage the frame or the glass in the sash. Hello-
I just ordered the rocommended part and while it may lock the window it doesn't provide any way to lift the window. The original latch functioned as both lock and lift.
Please advise.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a lock that doubles as a sash lift, but you're welcome to look through our surface-mounted options here.
