I've included the part I'm looking for. I don't have any idea what kind of windows these are, but it looks like the holes are 2 1/16" apart. I've looked at local hardware stores but haven't found anything nor anything like it online.

Take a look at our 90-161 lock. This could be the one you're looking for. Just check to make sure our dimensions match up to yours.
