The screws are 2 1/4" apart from centers. I am missing several of the swing latchs and the two washer type parts that go with them. I also included some pics of how dirty the sills get. I don't know if thats normal or if there's somethIn I can do about that. Is there someone that can call me about replacement parts and/or other ideas?

The lock you are presenting to us appears to be made of nylon. We offer a die cast lock, our 90-005. We believe this could fit your sash. The screw holes are 2-1/4" apart. The body of the lock itself is 2-7/8" wide by 3/4" deep. Take a look and let us know if this would make a good alternative for you.

Does the 90-005 include the round white piece and the black and silver washer part that is seen in the attached picture?

The tongue on the 90-005 is locked under the lock housing at the factory. It doesn't come apart like yours.
