Window latch release/slider

Question

Hello,
I have Boreal double-hung in tan/sand (not sure of real color name). The sliders used to open the latch have broken off. I am hoping there is a direct replacement.

Hello,

It looks like you have an internal latch that's similar to our 26-334. However, we have not been unable to locate a replacement finger lever that is the same size as yours.

In situations like this, service people opt to remove the internal latches and install external latches like 26-228 and 26-229. See our video below, which will show you how to make the necessary modifications. Take a look and see what you think.
