Window latch replacement

A home owner from Altoona, PA says:
Attached are photos of the window latch system in my living room windows (first photo). The locking arm on one of the windows has broken (second photo) and I am looking to replace it. I have not been able to identify the window type/style or brand name. I would like to have two new locks. I've also attached other photos of the window locking mechanism, which may be helpful.

Thank you,
Helen

Thanks for reaching out to us, Helen. Based on these photos, I think you should look at our 38-099 and 38-100 to start out. Look these parts over and let me know what you think.
