I apologize for not having any pictures of the removed hardware. Can y'all identify the hardware outlined in the attached photos? I need to replace 4 sets of hardware on one of our rental units and cannot seem to locate the hardware anywhere.

I can't be sure with the latch still installed but what I can see reminds me of the 90-012 Keller latch. Review the specifications and see what you think. We will include the image from our product page below. Thank you!
