Hi Friends, We and 4 of our neighbors need the same window latches.  We probably need 20-30 of them. Can you please help us ? Thank you!! Gratitude, Linda

Hello, Linda! These are generic locks used by many, many different window brands across the industry. Yours in particular could be one of two different styles: either the 90-005 or 90-009.

The only difference between them is the design of the lock sweep itself; this is the tab that comes out when you flip the lever. You'll note that the 90-005 sweep is totally flat, whereas the 90-009 sweep has a hooked contour so as to accommodate a keeper. You should check the sweep on your old lock to verify the better match. Otherwise I'm very confident it's one of these two.

Hi Tom, The 2 items mentioned were perfect size but it appears there is no place for the security arm when we pull the latch to lock. Maybe we need one with pressure or a different arm mechanism? I've attached 2 photos. Is there another latch you may recommend? Thanks again for all of your help! Best, Linda

I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble. I'm not sure what the issue may be. Would it be possible to see a photo of the lock removed? I'm specifically interested in the sweep tab. I'm wondering if yours is a different design than the two I described above, or if this is an issue with the keeper (which is the component that the sweep locks onto).
