Window latch screws

Question

What size screws do I use for the 26-228/26-229 window latches? Are the 33-072 screws long enough or do I need something else?

I agree that a #8 screw should work for the replacement tilt latches you've picked out. We can't determine the length that you'll need, which depends on the sash specifications. I'd recommend measuring the length of one of your original screws to choose the closest match. Thank you.
