Window latch snapped

A contractor from Portland Maine says:

Hello! We had the latch handle to a small bathroom window snap in half, and I can't find a similar latch anywhere so I'm hoping you'll be able to identify it! It's one that you turn by hand to lock it in place. Thank you!
