Hello there. It looks like you need new casement window operators. I'm confident we can help, but we need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window. A bird's eye view, with the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best. We will do our best to ID what you need from there.

Sure, the opposite handed side would be the 39-253LB. I'm not sure what you mean by slim version, so I'm afraid I can't answer that particular question. I do believe it looks like the version that best matches the hardware in your photos.
