This part is known as a pivot shoe. Your specific style isn't made anymore, but I believe that our 15-070 can replace it. You will need to remove yours from the window to confirm that our dimensions all match up.

It looks like the pivot bar broke off in it, as well. We will need to see a picture of it in order to identify a match. If you have an unbroken version of the same pivot bar, that would be ideal.
