Window latch and corner connecters

Question

The latch has the name "Philips" on it and the length is 3 7/8 and the width is 3/8. The long part on the corner connector is 1 3/16. You have help before, so let's try again. Thankyou

Unfortunately, we do not carry the Philips latch you have here may no longer be made, and I'm afraid the latches we do have would not work as suitable alternatives. Our sincerest apologies that we cannot be of more help with this part of your repairs.

As for the corner key, we do not have an exact replacement match, but we have recommended our 95-005 Capitol Storm Window Corner Key with Guide in similar situations. It has a much different design from your existing corner, but look over the dimensions to confirm if it will be a good fit.
