The measurements are incorrect, they're 2-3/8 to 2-1/4".

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a tilt latch with either of these dimensions. Can you double-check and write out the precise installation hole center spacing using your best judgement?

In the phot, the Top Latch with extra Screw is 2-3/8" installation hole measurement.
And, the other Bottom Latch is 2-1/4".
When I measure the holes in the window: They are 2-1/4" installation hole measurement.

Thank you for confirming. I didn't realize the latches have different hole center spacings. Are they used on the same window? If so, they should be the same. Is there an identical in the window house? We'd like you to check that window to see if it has the same latch on both sides. If it does, can you confirm the installation hole center spacing for that window's latches?

Our 26-215 and 26-475 measure 2-1/2" on the installation hole centers. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
