Window latches

Question

We have broken the handle off of one of our window latches as per the attached photos showing both a broken latch and a functioning latch. Can you supply a replacement part? If so, what is the cost? Also, how does one go about removing the broken latch and installing the new one?

This looks like our 39-037. Check it out and see if you agree. All pricing can be found on the 39-037's page. As for removal, watch the video below. It's a different operator than the one you have, but the principle is more or less the same.
