I am looking for window latches like this one. It screws into the top of the bottom window.

Hm... this looks similar to our 26-193 and 26-194, but I can't be sure. I recommend that you see if the installation holes line up with your old part. If they line up, you may be able to use 26-193 and 26-194 as replacements for your latches.

Where can I find and purchase these 26-193 and 26-194, to see if they line up?

You can find the parts on our site by clicking these links: 26-193 and 26-194. There are pictures on the item webpage, which include the dimensions. Check the dimensions on the site against your old latch.
