Window latches and balance post

Im looking for a pair of those window locks that let you swing window out for cleaning and one of those metal pegs that go in the balance.

Our 26-408 tilt latch pair looks like a good match. Take a look and see if you agree. The pivot bar isn't familiar at first glance. Could we see a photo of it removed from the sash?
