Window latches and screen spring

Question

Hello,

I have several Patriot Series 2000 window latches which have broken over the years. I tried to find a replacement part at both Home Depot and Lowe's, but they don't seem to sell these. Could you help me find 5 of these? Attached are pictures of the working latches.

Another item I am looking for is a locking spring for a screen window - it is for a screen which is 27'x36'. The spring is about 3.5 inches long. I need 2 of them.

Good morning! For the tilt latches, I would start out by examining our 26-244 and 26-243. Carefully compare them to your hardware and see if they are a match.

As for the spring, consider our 70-097. I think this looks pretty close, but see if you agree.
