Window latches and window balances

Thanks for reaching out. I'll need to see a photo of the existing balance assemblies (particularly the shoe) to determine the correct replacement for them. I'll also need to know the stamps/markings from the coils. Unfortunately, I cannot identify the replacement you need by the mounting bracket in the window jamb.

The latch reminds me of the 26-266 left handed tilt latch. The right handed version has been discontinued. We're fairly confident the 26-393A will work to replace these but you'll need to look over the specifications and compare them to be sure.
