Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this internal tilt latch and lever. It likely is no longer made, as many of these parts are difficult to come by nowadays. We suggest seeing if you could convert to surface mount tilt latches like our 26-228 and 26-229, or the 26-193 and 26-194. The video below shows how to do this. Take a look.
