Hello, David. Looks like you need a new spiral balance and pivot shoe. For the spiral balance, I recommend our Series 900, which has a 3/8" diameter outer tube. I think this is what you want, but you should check the diameter of your tube to make sure it matches.

I'm not as certain about the pivot shoe. It could be something like our 15-212 or 15-045, but you'll need to look over our dimensions for both to confirm which, if either, will work. Let me know what you come up with.
