Hello,

The T-lock shoe shown in your photo resembles the 15-195 or 15-195B depending on if the metal cam has a closed or open back.

Unforutnately, the tilt latch shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. There's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see detailed photos of an intact latch removed from the other side or from an identical window in the house to compare to our inventory. Thank you.

For the T lock it is the open back

For the latch the picture is the assembly from the other side of the window. It is also broken at the front but hopefully this get you something to go on?? If I needed to buy a couple of different ones to try that is fine.

The housing has the numbers 8590 on the back

Need complete replacement for both sides of the window

Let me knwo if you need more info

Thanks for getting back to us. We can't be sure based on a damaged latch but your photos resemble the 26-408. Take a look and see how the specifications below compare to yours.

Your pivot bar resembles the 26-083. With that being said, I'm not sure if we carry a match from the housing since yours appears to be damaged. We can't make any guarantees but I'd recommend looking over the 26-427 and 26-382S to see if one of them might work for your application.

Thanks, the bottom of the window is also damaged where this assembly would attach. Is there an option to replace the plastic U channel housing this part would attach to?

Unforutnately, we do not carry any kind of sash framing, which would generally be specific to the window manufacturer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
