Thanks for reaching out. We do sell a few different sweep locks with an installation hole space measurement of 2-1/16", in this style but we do not have any with a 1/2" backset. I would recommend double checking the measurement to confirm that it is 1/2".

I suggest starting with reviewing and comparing our 90-077C, 90-161, and maybe even 90-278. The diagrams for the measurements can be found by clicking each hyperlink for the recommended part numbers. In regard to the keeper, we do not have any that are made with a 3/4" hole spacing. The closest part recommendation we have is 90-169 with a 7/8" hole spacing but still very different from your original.

Carefully review the installation hole measurements (from center to center) to confirm if any of these parts may work for you.
