I am confident we can help you locate what you need, but we need some additional information from you first. Could you provide us with the screw hole distance between both the lock and keeper? We'd also need to know the screw hole distance from the front edge to the hole. This additional piece of information will help us narrow down which replacement options will work for you.

Thank you very much for your help. The latch center hole to center hole looks like 1 inch exactly. The lock center hole to center hole looks like 2 1/16.

This sweep lock is super weird. I've never seen this exact style before. At first I thought it might be something unique, but looking at the sweep itself and how it functions, I kind of think one of our more standard locks can replace it.

To be more specific, look at our 90-278. This has the same kind of sweep as yours, as well as having a 2-1/16" hole spacing. It also has a hole center offset of 11/16". If that's the same offset as yours, I think this could work well as a replacement. It's not the same style, but that may not matter.

As for the keeper, see our 90-301. This has the same 1" hole spacing and looks like the same style.

Let me know if you have any questions!
