Window lock

A home owner from Glassboro, NJ says:
This lock is from a horizontally-sliding window. The lock is not mounted on the window frame but actually built into the frame with 2 screws.

The piece that screws into the frame has a number "12" in the plastic, but the lever doesn't have any identifying marks.

I don't know what type of window it is.

If you don't have a replacement for it, can you recommend a type of mounting lock to use?

Thank you,

Take a look at our 90-298. This is a flush mount lock like yours. Review the dimensions to see if it's a match.
