Window lock

We have Windgate HD windows that have a stop in the window so that you can leave it cracked but only opens enough for air. On several of the locks the spring in the casing has stopped functioning. Looking for a replacement part. The plastic housing has the number 5 then it says PAT PEND 5,806,900
