They won't lock for someone and I can't tell what they say not the lock I know it says made in usa

The lock says truth and made on the USA but I can't read the numbers can you help

Start by taking a look at our 38-036 casement lock. Remove yours from the window and carefully compare our dimensions to your original hardware to see if this matches what you need.

We recommend fully removing the lock from the window and reviewing the dimensions and pictures on the 38-036's store page to determine if this matches up to the original lock. I'll post those dimensions below for your convenience.
