Need help identifying a casement window lock

Hi there! What a great service you have. I'm hoping to have your help in identifying a window lock arm that has broken. In the photos above you'll see an installed one, the shaft without the arm, and two side-by-side photos of the broken and non-broken ones.

Any help in replacing this part would be much appreciated!
