Window lock

Hello, James. The locking mechanism here is an older, obsolete model made by Silver Line. Odds are that's who made your window; Silver Line windows very commonly used that GU operator (which is also obsolete, coincidentally).

We did sell these locks at one time but once they were discontinued our stock ran out. At this time we unfortunately have no working alternative; their design was very specific and nothing we have quite works the same way. To be honest, they were never the best quality, due to being mostly plastic. They weren't really all that secure since they break so easily, which I assume is why they were eventually discontinued.
