This is a casement window that goes out. There are no markings on the window to indicate the manufacturer.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We may have a replacement for this lock but I'm afraid I can't confirm from this photo alone. Can you fully remove it from the window and show us some photos? That will help narrow down some options.
