Hello,

Your lock is an older style that I'm not sure if we'll be able to supply. With that being said, we would like to see your lock removed from the window so that the hook that engages with the internal linkage is fully visible to confirm. Thank you!

Thank you. I am 3 hours away from the location. I need the lock that has cam 1/2 width. It is the same as the new ones produced except the new ones have 5/16 cam width.

I don't care about the shape of the handle.

Thank you!

I understand your position but, unfortunately, we can't determine if any of our parts might work without seeing the entire lock assembly removed from the window.

I'm also not sure which part of the lock you're referring to as the cam. Once we see the entire part and confirm the measurement you're concerned about, we can go from there. In the meantime, you're welcome to look through our selection of casement and awning window locks here

it is just like the one below, The distance where it says 5/16 (cam width) needs to be around 1/2"
That is all I need

We carry the 38-005 and 38-078 locks that have the 1/2" measurement you are looking for, but again, we cannot confirm either of these will work without seeing the overall style of the lock uninstalled. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I understand. Thank you for now.
