Thanks for writing in! I am happy to recommend a replacement for your hardware but I do not believe the sweep lock is the reason the rainwater is seeping into the window. When there are leaks like this in the window, it is typically because the weatherstripping needs to be replaced or there is an issue with the framing.

You'll need to examine the window to determine where the leak is coming from and what it causing it. If the issue is only the weatherstripping, I'll need to see a photo of the end profile view of an undamaged piece. 

If you would still like to replace the locks, I suggest taking a look at the 90-274 Acorn Lock and Keeper and the 90-278 Lock & Keeper. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to determine which of these could be the best fit.
